Candle Visualization
VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUE USING A CANDLE
You will need
Find a comfortable position to sit , where you have clear view of the flame.
Close your eyes and take slow deep breaths, once you are feeling relaxed, open your eyes and just stare into the candle flame.
Notice how the flame moves.
keep focusing on the flame, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth for a few seconds
If the image starts to fade, open your eyes and look into the flame again, watch it move, when your feel ready close your eyes and watch the flame in your mind, and notice how it lasts longer this time
You may see images in the flame, if you do focus in on the image and try and bring it closer.
You may need to practice this a few times, but in a short period of time, you will be able to see the flame any time you want, and your are on the road to visualizing meditations

- Quiet background music
- A dark room
